What to add to the knowledge hub

Your knowledge base is the source of truth Architect uses to generate pages. The goal is to give the agent enough material to be accurate, persuasive, and consistent. Add:
  • Company overview: what you do, who you serve, and how you are different (offerings, pillars, pricing, key stats, product details).
  • Product and sales collateral: one-pagers, sales memos, implementation guides, and anything you would send to a prospect.
  • Proof: case studies, customer quotes, logos, awards, certifications, and third-party validations.
  • FAQs: the questions buyers ask most often and the answers you want repeated consistently.
  • Competitive context: comparisons and positioning notes (what you win on, where you are not a fit).
  • Marketing context: campaign themes, blog posts, ad creatives, and messaging guardrails.

How to add knowledge

  1. In the Architect platform, open Knowledge from the left sidebar.
  2. Upload or paste the relevant materials.
Start with the docs your team already trusts (one-pagers, FAQs, case studies). You can expand later; the system improves as your source of truth improves.
