Use these guides to export ad data as a CSV.

Log into Google Ads
Go to ads.google.com and log in.If you use a manager account (MCC), select the correct ad account from the account dropdown.
Open the Ads view
In the left sidebar, click Campaigns.In the top bar, switch from Campaigns to Ads.You need the Ads view to export fields like Final URL and Tracking Template.
Customize columns
Click Columns then Modify columns.Under Attributes, include:
- Final URL
- Tracking Template (if your UTMs are added via tracking setup)
- Campaign name
- Ad group
- Ad ID (optional)
Click Apply. Set your date range
In the top-right date selector, choose a reporting window (commonly Last 30 days).
Export CSV
Click the Download icon (down arrow) above the table.
- Choose CSV
- Export Ads performance
Find your UTM parameters
Open the CSV in Sheets or Excel.Look for UTMs in:
- Final URL, or
- Tracking Template (if the account uses templates at the account/campaign level)
If you don’t see UTMs in Final URL, check Tracking Template next.
Open the Ads view
In the left sidebar, click Campaigns.Switch from the Campaigns tab to the Ads tab.
Customize columns
Click Columns then Customize columns.Make sure these fields are included:
- Destination URL (contains UTM parameters)
- Campaign Name
- Ad ID (optional)
Click Apply. Set your date range
In the upper-right date selector, choose a reporting window (commonly Last 30 days).
Export CSV
Click Export.
- Choose CSV
- Select Ad performance
Find your UTM parameters
Open the CSV in Sheets or Excel.Look in the Destination URL column for UTM parameters like utm_source=linkedin.If the Destination URL looks truncated, widen the column in Sheets/Excel.
If UTMs are missing, they likely were not added during campaign setup. Ask your marketing team to standardize UTMs during ad creation.
Open the Ads tab
Open Meta Ads Manager.Click the Ads tab (next to Ad Sets).Select the ads you want landing pages for. We typically create one page per ad.
Export CSV
Open More.Under Import and export ad configuration, click Export.
- Choose Export Selected
- Choose Export as CSV
Import your updated links
After your pages are ready, you can update URLs in bulk using the updated CSV.
- In Meta Ads Manager, click the Import icon (up arrow).
- Click Ads.
- Upload your updated CSV file.
- Review the draft changes.
- Click Publish.
If you are unsure what to export, start with campaign name, ad name, final URL, and any UTM parameters you use. Keeping naming consistent makes it easier to map traffic to Page Groups.
